About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator/Officer to join our HR team in A&O Shearman's Riyadh office. You will support the Head of HR in strategic and operational advice, manage resourcing, training, performance management, payroll, and HR administration.

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR in strategic and operational advice to client groups
- Manage all staff movements (leavers, joiners, secondments)
- Own the full cycle recruitment process for fee earners and business teams
- Develop and implement the KSA graduate recruitment strategy
- Coordinate training and development offerings for the Riyadh office
- Manage the induction process for the Riyadh office
- Support performance management and talent discussions
- Manage the payroll process for the Riyadh office with external provider
- Be the custodian of HR systems including PeopleSoft
- Draft employment documents in English and Arabic
- Provide local employment policy and legislative framework advice
- Manage leaver administration including end of service benefits
Requirements
- Relevant HR experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Technical competence in KSA employment law, compliance practices, policies, and GOSI
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a virtual team
- Resilient, proactive, and able to cope well under pressure

Job Description
- We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator/Officer to join our HR team, based in A&O Shearman's Riyadh office.
- The HR team provides a first class service to the business, offering strategic HR business advice and quality support services.
What you will do
- Support the Head of HR in the provision of strategic and operational advice and support to relevant client groups.
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Management of all staff movements (leavers, joiners, secondments etc).
- Work closely with partners to understand recruitment requirements for the Riyadh office.
- Liaise with external recruitment market as required.
- Owning the full cycle of the recruitment process for fee earners and business teams.
- Work closely with the UAE graduate recruitment manager to develop and implement the KSA graduate recruitment strategy.
- Input into the client and international secondment planning process.
- Work with the UAE HR team to develop the training and development offering for the Riyadh office.
- Support with the coordination of any training held locally.
- Develop and manage regional training needs analysis.
- Manage the induction process for the Riyadh office.
