Manage project coordination and expediting activities for piping and tubular structure products.
Ensure timely delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and smooth execution of projects in hand.
Location
- The role is based in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities related to piping and tubular structures.
- Expedite material and product deliveries to meet project timelines.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Support project managers in achieving overall project objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in project coordination and expediting within the oil and gas or EPC sector.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems and tubular structure products.
- Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes in oil and gas projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
