Overview

Position : Project Coordinator - Construction & Finance(HR and Finance)

Pay Range

USD 1,800 - 2,500 per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Finance Specialist to support construction and site development projects.

This role focuses on project coordination, cost tracking, invoice processing, documentation management, and administrative support to help projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track multiple construction and site development projects
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks or deliverables
  • Communicate with engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and legal teams
  • Track project expenses, budgets, invoices, and vendor payments
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, permits, approvals, and project documents
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and status trackers
  • Identify potential delays or issues and escalate when needed
  • Support HR and finance administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with project tracking or accounting systems is a plus
  • Professional and able to handle confidential information

Preferred Experience

  • Background in construction, project coordination, finance, or operations
  • Experience managing invoices, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
  • Familiarity with contracts, due diligence, and project lifecycle processes
