Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (slots, components, auto layout, variables, variants, prototyping)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design for web and digital products
- Multiple years of CRO experience with track record of running tests and optimizing funnels
- Hands on experience with web and product analytics (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, Mixpanel or similar)
- Deep understanding of Webflow (layouts, breakpoints, interactions, CMS)
- Ability to build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Experience designing A/B tests (hypothesis, variant design, success criteria, post test analysis)
- Fluent or native English with presentation skills and client facing experience
- Fundamental knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Experience with user research and usability testing

- Drive design direction across websites, marketing pages, and digital products from early concept through final handoff within a small, focused creative agency and Webflow Enterprise Partner.
- Set the quality standard for the design team, build scalable systems, and work directly with clients and strategists to deliver interfaces that are visually distinctive, technically achievable, and optimized using analytics and data.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead design direction for websites, landing pages, and digital product interfaces from concept through delivery.

- Design across web and product contexts, moving comfortably between a marketing site and a complex app interface.
- Design with deep Webflow fluency, anticipating how layouts, interactions, and CMS structures will be built.
- Collaborate closely with Webflow developers throughout the process.
- Present work to clients with clarity and confidence, and facilitate design feedback sessions.
- Plan, design, and ship CRO experiments across marketing sites and product funnels.

Required Skills & Experience
- English: Fluent or native proficiency with presentation skills and English speaking client facing experience.
- Figma: Advanced proficiency in slots, components, auto layout, variables, variants, and prototyping.
- UI Design for Web: Complex responsive layouts, typography systems, and visual hierarchy at scale.
- UI/UX for Digital Products and Apps: Strong portfolio of work across both web and product contexts.
- Interaction Design Fluency: Hover states, transitions, motion, micro interactions, and complex prototypes.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Multiple years of CRO experience with a track record of running tests.
- Analytics Tooling: Hands on experience with GA4, GTM, Hotjar, Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Data Validation: Comfortable specifying tracking requirements, reading reports, and validating data capture.
- A/B Testing: Experience designing and implementing A/B tests including hypothesis, variant design, success criteria, and post test analysis.
- Webflow Fluency: Deep understanding of how Webflow structures layouts, breakpoints, interactions, and CMS driven content.
- Design Systems: Ability to build, maintain, and document a component library from scratch.
- User Flows & Information Architecture: Comfortable mapping full experiences, not just individual screens.
Nice to Have
- Webflow Designer Experience: Comfortable building and prototyping directly in Webflow.
- Advanced Motion & Interaction Design: Experience with tools like After Effects or ProtoPie.
- AI Integration: Experience with AI assisted design and concepting workflows.
- 3D Elements: Experience with 3D and spatial UI elements (such as Spline).
- Data Visualization: Experience designing dashboard UIs for complex interfaces.
- E commerce UX: Knowledge of checkout flows, product pages, and conversion focused design patterns.
- Presentation & Pitch Design: Translating UX thinking into stakeholder facing materials.
- Content Strategy & UX Writing: Shaping copy and hierarchy together.
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading collaborative design sprints or sessions.
- Statistical Concepts: Familiarity with sample size, significance, confidence intervals.
- Advanced Analytics Setup: Experience with server side or hybrid tagging setups.
