Vistas Global is seeking an experienced and organized Project Coordinator.
The role supports project planning, coordination, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Role responsibilities
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure activities are delivered efficiently, within agreed timelines, and in line with project requirements.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support smooth project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify delays, risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.
- Experience in a structured corporate, government, consulting, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or similar project environment.
- Strong experience in project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
Skills and competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting practices.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or another project management certification is preferred.
- Bilingual English and Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Qatar or GCC project experience is an advantage.
