About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own the schedule and cost picture that keeps clients' projects defensible and on track
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
- Perform cost loading, EVM reporting, and cash flow forecasting
- Prepare monthly progress reports and S curves
- Conduct delay documentation and forensic schedule analysis
- Create dashboards and management reports using Excel and Power BI
Requirements
- 8+ years in project controls or planning on construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects in the GCC
- Advanced Primavera P6: baseline development, progress updates, resource and cost loading, EVM reporting
- Hands on experience with S curves, cash flow forecasting, and monthly progress reporting
- Working knowledge of delay documentation and forensic schedule analysis (TIA/APAB familiarity a plus)
- Strong command of Excel and Power BI for dashboard and management reporting
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management; PMP or PSP preferred
