- Strong grounding in contract administration: variations, notices, correspondence, claims documentation
- Experience drafting and reviewing subcontracts, letters, and EOT/claim submissions
- Working knowledge of GCC construction contract practice and dispute avoidance procedures
- Comfortable interfacing directly with client commercial and legal teams
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Law
- MRICS or MICCP preferred
