Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and periodically update the project programme (baseline, current, and look ahead schedules) using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Monitor and report progress, including preparation of progress reports, S curves, and productivity tracking
- Conduct critical path and resource analysis, and identify programme risks and constraints
- Prepare short term (2–4 week) look ahead programmes and coordinate with site execution teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports (Excel based and Power BI/Primavera dashboards) for management level progress visibility
- Prepare periodic planning and progress reports for submission to project management and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with Contractor's other teams such as Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, Billing and site teams to ensure programme alignment with execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 8–10 years of experience in planning/scheduling roles on large scale construction projects (hospitality, high rise, or infrastructure preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel (advanced), and MS Office
- Sound understanding of construction sequencing and programme/progress management
- PMP certification preferred
- Valid Qatar NOC / transferable residence visa
- Immediate availability strongly preferred

Position Overview
