Project Controls Engineer

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project Prepare and maintain cost control systems, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis Track project progress and identify risks, delays, and mitigation plans Perform schedule and cost variance analysis with corrective actions Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management Develop baseline schedules with resource and cost loading Monitor expenditures and evaluate actual vs planned costs Conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) reporting Support variation orders, claims, and change management Support development of mitigation and recovery plans. Track KPIs related to project performance Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
