Position Overview
Support project teams by managing, controlling, tracking, and maintaining project documentation.
Ensure documents are received, reviewed for completeness, distributed, and maintained under project document-control procedures.
Company and Project Context
CSI Global provides engineering and technical services including MEP, commissioning, construction management, quality control, BIM, sustainability, and project support.
The role supports ATS project activities involving MEP contracting, electrical testing, testing and commissioning, and technical services.
Document Control Responsibilities
- Coordinate receipt, registration, distribution, filing, coding, numbering, dating, and version control of project documents.
- Maintain registers, transmittals, logs, tracking sheets, correspondence, and distribution records.
- Monitor revisions, approvals, comments, outstanding actions, and overdue submissions.
- Maintain electronic and physical records and archive superseded documents.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and prepare document-control reports and status updates.
- Support document retrieval and maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and information integrity.
