Position Overview
CSI Global is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support project and engineering teams.
The role maintains an efficient control system for technical and administrative project documents.
The Document Controller coordinates with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, register, classify, distribute, track, file, and retrieve project documentation.
- Maintain document registers, logs, transmittals, revision records, and project filing systems.
- Control revisions and ensure the latest approved versions are available to relevant teams.
- Prepare transmittals for drawings, reports, technical submissions, method statements, inspections, and deliverables.
- Track reviews and approvals, follow up on pending submissions, and report missing or overdue documents.
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out documentation.
- Maintain records of RFIs, submittals, drawings, approvals, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Protect the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project information.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, engineering, or a related field.
