About the Role
Euro Mechanical seeks a Project Control Specialist to lead commercial planning, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration for manpower projects. You will manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and project controls remotely.

Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and control contractual documentation, including contract renewals, extensions, and related commercial records
- Lead commercial planning and execution support for manpower projects in line with approved budgets
- Manage monthly invoice preparation, invoice verification, invoice summaries, customer approvals, and follow ups
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Coordinators, Operations, Finance, and clients to ensure costs are captured in monthly revenue recognition
- Manage subcontractor budgets, PO requests, PO amendments, contract value consumption tracking, and procurement follow ups
- Ensure new project categories, sales prices, mobilized employees, employee codes, and hour journals are accurately updated in ERP
- Prepare and publish monthly hour journals in ERP based on site timesheets
- Prepare monthly revenue and cost forecasts in coordination with Operations team
- Support ICV claim summaries and end user approvals for ADNOC invoicing
- Monitor project schedules, analyze schedule trends, assess work sequences, identify critical path activities, and prepare schedule commentary
- Identify activities with critical or potential impact on project schedules and prepare Critical Items Action Reports
- Actively support cost optimization during project execution to help control and save budgeted costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- PMP certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 10+ years of Oil & Gas experience in a reputed company
- Proven experience in project finance, project administration, commercial planning, and project controls
- Strong experience in cost loaded schedules, revenue recognition, invoicing, contract administration, PO management, forecasting, and project reporting
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Dynamics 365, Primavera, MS Project, and other scheduling/project control tools
- Strong understanding of manpower project operations, subcontractor cost tracking, timesheet based invoicing, ERP updates, and customer approval processes
- Ability to work closely with Operations Managers, Business Unit Managers, Planning & Projects Control, Finance, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills

Role Overview
- Euro Mechanical is looking for a Projects Control Specialist for working remotely.
- The role will lead commercial planning, cost control, scheduling optimization, contract administration, monthly revenue recognition, invoicing coordination, and project control activities across ongoing manpower projects.
