About the Role

- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and work instructions
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for maintenance shutdowns
- Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with procurement
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS/ERP systems
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and reduce costs
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized services
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, instrumentation, and utilities
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
- Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance in the UAE
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
