Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Assist in preparing project, tender, and resource loaded schedules, including critical path analysis
- Monitor project progress by comparing planned versus actual performance, including manpower, equipment, and physical progress
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S Curves, manpower histograms, and project presentations
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to collect progress data and support project execution
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and HSE standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical construction or maintenance projects
- Experience in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress reporting, data analysis, and project management principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Understanding of Oil & Gas industry practices and HSE requirements

About the Role
- Euro Mechanical is looking for a Jr. Planning Engineer (Remote).
- Junior Planning engineer is responsible for assisting the planning engineers in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules.
