Role objective
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects with clearly defined deliverables.
Assist with project management, vendor coordination, government approvals, construction oversight, and handover to the Operations Team.
Project coordination
- Assist with new store openings, refurbishments, and closures.
- Track schedules, material deliveries, vendor progress, and site readiness.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and IT teams.
- Maintain drawings, permits, contracts, and handover reports.
- Update trackers and prepare reports on project status, delays, and completion metrics.
Site, budget, and compliance support
- Follow up with landlords, contractors, and regulatory authorities on behalf of Project Managers.
- Conduct basic site visits, take measurements, and follow up on snagging or punch lists when required.
- Assist with invoices, payments, and budget tracking for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and brand standards during project execution.
