Objective
Perform carpentry maintenance, repairs, and installations with timely, accurate, and high-quality workmanship.
Complete work in line with safety protocols, company standards, project timelines, and minimal rework requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace doors, partitions, shelving, cabinetry, and other wood fixtures.
- Perform basic painting and wall preparation, including priming, patching, and finish coating.
- Install and repair tiles with proper alignment and leveling according to brand and safety standards.
- Assess maintenance scopes and recommend cost-effective material and construction solutions.
- Complete tasks according to project schedules, company standards, and safety procedures.
- Respond to urgent carpentry, painting, and tiling repair calls.
- Request materials in advance and maintain proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Read technical drawings, measurements, and blueprints accurately.
- Maintain records of materials used and completed work.
- Coordinate with supervisors, electricians, masons, maintenance staff, and suppliers.
Desired Experience
- Have 2–5 years of proven carpentry experience in commercial, retail, or facility maintenance environments.
- Be proficient in operating saws, drills, chisels, and measuring instruments.
