The employer is seeking an experienced Project Architect with strong interior fit-out experience for work with a leading interior fit-out company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural work for interior fit-out projects from design development through completion.
- Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Ensure drawings and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project managers, and site teams.
- Review material samples, finishes, and mock-ups for compliance with approved specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor architectural quality and progress.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to support smooth project delivery.
- Review RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ensure projects meet required quality, time, and design standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out is mandatory.
- Proven experience on commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail, or similar fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or 3D software is advantageous.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and work under deadlines.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
