Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned large construction jobsites from inception to completion with top-down oversight.
• Develop application knowledge and suggest appropriate solutions for specific trades.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain value-for-money propositions.
• Collaborate with jobsite stakeholders and drive key initiatives.
• Conduct seminars, product training, and workshops for customers.
• Troubleshoot problems and challenges faced by contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete activities on time.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve business performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Coordinate with the Sold-to Account Manager to collect account receivables.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering with two to three years of sales experience.
• Excellent project management skills and exposure to construction jobsites.
• Good product demonstration and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn, high energy, and a can-do attitude.
• Business acumen combined with a problem-solving approach.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships.
• Proficiency in handling technical and commercial tasks.
• Superior verbal, written, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
