The role combines product knowledge, sales, store operations, and customer support for contractors and construction companies.
What you will do
- Manage daily Hilti Store operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Demonstrate tools and solutions, cross-sell software and services, and guide customers toward suitable options.
- Handle order entry, goods receiving, repair acceptance, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Support local contractors and large construction clients with expert advice and tailored solutions.
What you will bring
- A bachelor's degree is required; an engineering background or sales experience is advantageous.
- Motivation to work in a sales-driven environment with a record of meeting or exceeding targets is required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- An analytical, proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
