Role Responsibilities
- Create value in an allocated account portfolio through effective account strategies.
- Build sustainable and profitable long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct field sales and high-level customer consultation in the defined territory.
- Provide product solutions and technical support to customers.
- Represent the Hilti brand and develop existing customer accounts.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize time to work effectively across the territory.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in outside sales working directly with customers.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- A technical qualification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and implement strategic concepts.
- Excellent time and territory management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and smartphones.
