Role Overview
This full-time Program Manager role sits within OMERS Program Management & Delivery.
The team supports Platform Engineering, AI, and Advanced Analytics initiatives that enable investment analysis, decisions, and portfolio outcomes.
The role partners with technology, investment, finance, risk, compliance, and other business stakeholders.
Portfolio and Delivery Management
- Support demand intake, roadmap alignment, prioritization, governance, and delivery execution.
- Manage assigned initiatives and workstreams, translating business demand into governed priorities and execution plans.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, milestones, resources, and delivery dates.
- Guide teams through planning, prioritization, decision-making, and blocker resolution.
Agile Delivery and Reporting
- Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies using planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and blocker resolution practices.
- Apply Kanban, Scrum, and hybrid workflow management techniques using Azure DevOps.
- Prepare portfolio updates, governance materials, executive communications, management reports, and steering committee content.
