The work enables investment teams to analyze opportunities, make decisions, and optimize portfolio outcomes.
Program management responsibilities
- Support demand intake, roadmap alignment, prioritization, and business alignment.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of initiatives and workstreams.
- Translate business demand into governed priorities and execution plans.
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes across business and technology teams.
- Track and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Guide planning, prioritization, decision-making, and blocker resolution.
- Determine tasks, milestones, resources, and planned and actual dates.
- Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies.
- Maintain clear and actionable backlogs and delivery artifacts.
- Prepare portfolio updates, governance materials, executive communications, and steering committee content.
- Support resource planning, delivery capacity management, sequencing, and execution readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
