We are seeking a
Program Manager – Operations
to support large-scale operational initiatives within a fast-growing e-commerce and logistics environment.
The role focuses on driving process standardization, improving performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution and standardization of operational launches across multiple teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across planning, operations, and business teams
- Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and performance insights
- Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Manage quality, performance, and operational reliability initiatives
- Support planning, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
- Ensure transparency and alignment through effective tracking and reporting tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management
- Strong experience in process improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations environments
- Experience managing end-to-end program delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills
