Job Purpose

Lead the planning, design, and execution of Nol technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs and governance frameworks.

Oversee project delivery, vendor performance,

technology roadmaps, and departmental budgeting to support innovation, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects and strategic programs related to digital systems, payment solutions, and smart mobility initiatives.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
  • Develop project plans, risk assessments, stakeholder strategies, communication plans, and governance documentation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Manage project initiation activities including business cases, RFP preparation, tender processes, technical evaluations, and vendor selection.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless project execution and strategic outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, and KPIs while implementing mitigation plans and corrective actions when required.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract performance, budget utilization, and compliance with agreed deliverables and standards.
  • Ensure successful system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and smooth transition of projects into operational environments.
  • Drive governance, compliance, and adherence to applicable policies, regulations, and project management methodologies.
  • Provide regular project updates, executive reporting, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Support capability development, motivate project teams, and foster high performance to achieve program objectives.
  • Ensure projects align with strategic business goals and contribute to organizational growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs/projects
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Program Governance, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and IT Portfolio Management
  • Background in technology-driven environments, smart systems, or enterprise platforms

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP certification is highly preferred
  • TOGAF certification
