Our challenge
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Client’s QA audit platform.
This role translates insurance operations and business needs into prioritized product outcomes while partnering closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and senior Client stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings deep insurance expertise, strong product leadership, and the ability to drive delivery across complex enterprise programs.
The Role
- Own the product backlog, sprint priorities, and acceptance criteria to ensure each sprint delivers measurable business value
- Partner with QA operations, carrier management, and compliance stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect operational reality
- Translate business objectives into clear product decisions and guide the engineering team toward the right solutions
- Manage dependencies across workstreams and external programs, proactively identifying and resolving blockers
- Maintain regular reporting for leadership and Client stakeholders, including project milestones, risks, and delivery status
- Maintain the project in ServiceNow PPM or an equivalent tool, including milestone, cost, and resource tracking
- Serve as the primary Client contact for scope, priorities, delivery, decisions, and escalations
