Advanced Concepts develops autonomous systems including unmanned aerial systems, loitering munitions, cruise missiles, and guided artillery munitions.
The Program Manager leads strategic planning, development, and execution of complex unmanned aerial system programs.
The role provides cross-functional technical leadership across aerodynamics, mechanical, electronics, control systems, and software teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop program strategies and manage complex engineering projects for advanced drone systems.
- Conduct feasibility analysis, allocate resources, and manage program risks.
- Coordinate technical teams and provide guidance on loitering-munition design, requirements, integration, and testing.
- Create technical roadmaps and translate objectives into engineering milestones.
- Prepare recurring status reports and maintain product-development documentation.
- Optimize drone performance including flight stability, payload capacity, and energy efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of aerospace and defense industry experience within agile or hybrid development cycles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or another technical field.
- Project management or systems engineering certification such as PMP or INCOSE CSEP is preferable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with loitering munitions and advanced tactical, strategic, reconnaissance, or anti-drone systems is preferred.
- Deep understanding of defense-system design, development, and integration is preferred.
- English proficiency is required for all roles unless otherwise stated.
