Requisites
- Strong hands-on experience in Program / Project Management within Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Solid experience in managing end-to-end program delivery in regulated financial services environments
- Strong experience in stakeholder management at senior/executive level
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with ability to scale governance across large programs
- Strong understanding of vendor management including RFP/RFI processes, contract negotiation, SOW and SLA management
- Strong experience in budget planning, tracking, and financial governance of programs
- Good understanding of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and PPM platforms
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex program dependencies
- Good understanding of release planning, delivery governance, and risk management
- Strong communication, executive storytelling, and structured problem-solving skills
- Must have experience delivering customer-centric digital transformation programs in banking/wealth domain
