Role Description

  • We are seeking a strategic and customer focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and lifecycle management of innovative products.
  • This role is responsible for defining product vision, gathering customer and market insights, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver products that create value for customers and support business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, strong communicator, and effective problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and long term roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and manage feature development throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver high quality products.
  • Lead product planning, sprint reviews, roadmap discussions, and cross functional coordination.
  • Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), customer insights, and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, product functionality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support product launches by coordinating go to market strategies, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct business case analysis, cost benefit evaluations, and product performance assessments.
  • Ensure product quality by participating in testing, validation, and release planning activities.
  • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and knowledge resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, product lifecycle management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of market research, customer experience, business analysis, and product strategy.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of user centered design, UX principles, and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, business intelligence, and performance measurement tools is beneficial.
