About the Role
FR Consultancy is seeking an experienced System Analyst for a full-time role in Abu Dhabi. The role involves analyzing business requirements, producing functional specifications, and supporting SIT/UAT testing in the banking/payments domain.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and validate business & functional requirements
- Produce functional specifications, system flows, interface definitions, and data mappings
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and ensure end to end requirement traceability
- Support solution design and integration with IT, architecture, development, and security teams
- Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing, including test planning, execution support, and defect resolution
- Coordinate with external vendors and third parties for requirement alignment, integration, and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS) and support audit readiness
- Participate in requirement workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Support production issue analysis by performing functional impact assessment and root cause support
- Ensure documentation consistency and maintain functional/system artifacts across the SDLC
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate solution translation
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in system analysis
- Experience in banking/payments/financial services domain
- Proficiency in business and functional requirements analysis
- Experience with REST/SOAP interface definitions
- Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance
