DIMOIS Academy develops next-generation learning programs in Management, Leadership, Communication, Language Learning, AI, and Professional Development for the Saudi market.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead program research, development, instructor management, and program delivery.
This role will own the complete learning experience from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop new learning programs.
- Work with industry experts and instructors to create content.
- Manage programs delivered through recorded and live sessions.
- Ensure program quality, learner experience, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, content development, and program operations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent Arabic (Saudi Arabic preferred) – speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in Program Management, Product Management, Learning & Development, Education, EdTech.
- Strong AI fluency and hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
