Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the college’s educational technology and training solutions to corporate clients, schools, and other organizations
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in person meetings
- Deliver product presentations and demos to decision makers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with academic and product teams to tailor solutions
- Track pipeline activities in a CRM system
- Gather client feedback to inform program development
- Represent Dimois College of Business at events, conferences, and client visits
Requirements
- Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building, preferably within education, training, or edtech
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools
- Ability to understand educational and corporate learning needs and translate them into tailored solutions
- Comfort working on site with clients in Riyadh, including occasional travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial
- Demonstrated interest in education, digital learning, or talent development

- Comfort working on site with clients in Riyadh, including occasional travel for meetings, events, and partnership activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for engaging local and regional partners
- Demonstrated interest in education, digital learning, or talent development
