Company Description

Role Description

  • Promote and sell the college’s educational technology and training solutions to corporate clients, schools, and other organizations
  • Identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in person meetings
  • Deliver product presentations and demos to decision makers
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with academic and product teams to tailor solutions
  • Track pipeline activities in a CRM system
  • Gather client feedback to inform program development
  • Represent Dimois College of Business at events, conferences, and client visits

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building, preferably within education, training, or edtech
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools
  • Ability to understand educational and corporate learning needs and translate them into tailored solutions and proposals
  • Comfort working on site with clients in Riyadh, including occasional travel for meetings, events, and partnership activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for engaging local and regional partners
  • Demonstrated interest in education, digital learning, or talent development
