Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close corporate training opportunities with enterprises, government entities, and professional organizations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored training programs aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with academic, product, and instructional design teams to shape training solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Analyze market trends and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the college at industry events and nurture long term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate training sales, ideally within edtech, higher education, or professional learning environments.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with corporate or institutional clients.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis, design solution oriented proposals, and present value based training solutions to decision makers.
- Effective relationship building, account management, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Comfort working with digital learning platforms, LMS solutions, and technology enabled training products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering persuasive presentations and clear documentation.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and contract management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data, metrics, and market insights to guide sales strategy.
- Self directed, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities and timelines in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Familiarity with corporate landscape in Riyadh and region, including experience selling to HR, L&D, and business unit leaders.
