About the Role
Dimois College of Business seeks a Head of Program Development & Content Production to convert program ideas into market-ready learning products. The role owns the full journey from concept to final content, including curriculum design, expert coordination, Arabic content development, and production oversight.

Responsibilities
- Identify and structure new DIMOIS Academy programs based on market demand in Saudi Arabia
- Define target audience, learning outcomes, modules, sessions, activities, assignments, and assessment structure for each program
- Coordinate with subject matter experts in management, finance, marketing, HR, AI, leadership, and other domains
- Convert expert knowledge into structured DIMOIS program format
- Work with Arabic learning designer/scriptwriter to prepare Arabic and bilingual learning content
- Ensure every program has slides, scripts, worksheets, activities, quizzes, assignments, and practical outputs
- Own full content production process including narrator preparation, prompter script readiness, shoot planning, studio coordination, video review, editing follow up, and final content approval
- Maintain quality standards across all programs
- Build a repeatable 'DIMOIS Program Factory' for continuous program development
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to provide program USPs, brochure content, landing page content, and learner outcome points

Overview
- This person will be responsible for converting DIMOIS Academy’s program ideas into complete, market ready learning products.
- The role is not limited to curriculum planning. The person must own the full journey from program concept to final content output, including program structure, expert coordination, Arabic content development, shooting coordination, editing follow up, and final content readiness.
- This person should think like a program architect, content product owner, and execution manager.
Key Responsibilities
