We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and manage major engineering programs and project portfolios within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. The role will oversee strategic planning, program governance, master scheduling, contracts, risk, stakeholder management, and
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major programs and project portfolios in line with strategic and operational objectives.
- Develop program strategies, implementation plans, and integrated delivery frameworks.
- Apply Program/Portfolio Management and PMO methodologies.
- Develop and manage the overall Master Program Schedule from design through handover.
- Integrate projects across schedule, cost, quality, and deliverables.
- Establish governance, controls, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
- Oversee risk management, mitigation plans, contracts, tenders, claims, and variations.
- Lead multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams.
- Coordinate project managers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee operational readiness, handover, and project acceptance.
- Prepare executive presentations, progress reports, analytical reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, contractual, and technical requirements.
