About the Role
Support financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, analysis, and regulatory reporting activities within the Finance function.
The position is based in Doha, Qatar, and is full-time with in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data using SAP and other systems.
- Prepare profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow forecast, and profitability reports.
- Support month-end closing and management reporting activities.
- Conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
- Prepare QCB and other regulatory reports within required timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide supporting information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, regulatory, and information security requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in financial accounting, budgeting, or reporting.
- Banking or financial services experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- CFA certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
