- Lead end to end programme delivery from planning through implementation, deployment, and transition to support
- Drive programme governance, delivery planning, and milestone management
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client leadership
- Lead cross functional teams including Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Change Management
- Establish programme reporting, PMO processes, and executive dashboards
- Manage vendor coordination and third party delivery partners
- Ensure successful delivery against agreed milestones, quality standards, and business objectives
- Support change management, governance, and continuous programme improvement

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Program Director / PMO Lead to lead the delivery of a large scale digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for end to end programme delivery, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and successful execution across multiple releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end programme delivery from planning through implementation, deployment, and transition to support.
- Drive programme governance, delivery planning, and milestone management.
