About the Role

The assistant will support program administration, workshop coordination, participant registration, trainer communication, scheduling, materials preparation, and training logistics.
Program Coordination
- Support training programs, workshops, seminars, courses, webinars, and professional-development sessions.
- Maintain schedules, calendars, session plans, task trackers, and administrative checklists.
- Coordinate participant registration, enrollment, attendance, reminders, and communications.
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, facilitators, speakers, consultants, and subject-matter experts.
Sessions and Logistics
- Prepare agendas, participant lists, attendance sheets, handouts, certificates, feedback forms, and other documents.
