Role Overview
Part-time remote role supporting membership administration, visitor services, community engagement, events, communications, and general member services.
The organization serves members, visitors, clients, and partners through responsive, welcoming, and relationship-focused services.
Membership and Visitor Services
- Respond to membership, visitor, facility, event, registration, and general service inquiries.
- Process applications, registrations, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, payments, account updates, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain member profiles, membership status, preferences, communication records, visitor records, and transaction files.
- Coordinate visitor registration, guest access, appointments, tours, facility orientation, passes, and access credentials.
- Provide information about benefits, facilities, programs, events, schedules, services, and policies.
Community and Event Support
- Support community events, networking sessions, workshops, orientations, activities, and member programs.
- Assist with invitations, registrations, attendee lists, reminders, venue coordination, and event materials.
- Support engagement initiatives, referral programs, member benefits, partnerships, surveys, feedback campaigns, and announcements.
