Core Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process applications through approved online and offline channels.
- Assist applicants with forms, submission procedures, required documents, and process inquiries.
- Check applications for completeness, accuracy, and missing information.
- Maintain applicant records, documents, correspondence, trackers, and status updates.
- Enter application information into CRM, admissions, enrollment, or administrative systems.
- Track applications through review, approval, additional-document requests, and enrollment.
