Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Professional Cook.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience.
- Ability to prepare European and Continental dishes and specialties.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook European and Continental dishes.
- Prepare pasta, sauces, soups, salads, meat, seafood, and other specialties.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Store, label, and rotate ingredients properly.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and workstation organization.
- Monitor ingredient use and minimize food waste.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Accommodate customer dietary requirements and special requests when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
