The position is Civil Site Supervisor.
The role requires a minimum of 4–5 years of experience working as a civil site supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and allocate work to laborers, skilled workers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules across civil, structural, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Inspect workmanship, maintain quality standards, and monitor materials, tools, and equipment.
- Enforce safety rules, conduct toolbox talks, and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, manpower, progress, materials, and equipment through daily site reports.
- Identify delays, technical issues, and site problems and escalate them to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a civil site supervisor.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers and construction stakeholders.
- Ability to enforce site safety rules and PPE use.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
