• Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out and interior works at the project site.
• Manage activities including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, tiling, and finishing works.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior, and construction drawings.
• Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate carpenters, painters, gypsum workers, tile fixers, electricians, and other trades.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
• Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the project.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other trades.
• Coordinate MEP works with interior and fit-out activities to avoid site clashes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed schedule.
• Identify site issues, delays, and technical problems and report them to management.
• Ensure required materials are available on site and coordinate material requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper site organization and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate snagging, rectification, final inspections, and project handover.
• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirement reports.
• Ensure all completed works meet the required quality and finishing standards.
