Role Overview
The Office Administrator manages daily office operations and provides administrative support to management, HR, employees, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and office communications.
- Maintain company records, documents, files, and confidential information.
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, internal schedules, travel, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Support HR with employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other external parties.
- Assist management, monitor office expenses, and maintain administrative records.
- Ensure the office is organized and maintains a professional working environment.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
