Responsibilities
- Coordinate the allocation of production manpower and cost
- Support Engineering team on the definition of equipment and production flows
- Participate in the decision making process for corrective and preventive actions in Production
- Coordinate, start up and implement standard operating procedures
- Implement and support sustaining the productivity and efficiency system in the production lines
- Optimize resource utilization by implementing an effective production process
- Assist the research team to implement new products in the production lines
- Coordinate the 3rd party workforce management towards performance, quality and safety standards
- Assist in one or more processes
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan
- Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management and compliance with ESG indicators
Requirements
- Graduation in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Management or related areas

Job Description
- Coordinate the allocation of production manpower and cost.
- Support Engineering team on the definition of equipment and production flows.

- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company.
- Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management, compliance with the Company's global ESG indicators and commitments.
Academic Background
- Graduation in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Management or related areas
