Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are effectively reflected in HR initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees, while effectively communicating HR concepts and tools, facilitating training sessions, and promoting a high performance, employee oriented culture.
  • Efficiently manage end to end HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support in recruitment processes by ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs and enabling a timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs that ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Support the effective execution of performance review cycles, including calibration processes and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs by identifying employee development needs in partnership with business units.
  • Support budgeting cycles and monthly forecasting processes by providing accurate data, insights, and coordination.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and continuous optimization of HR data, systems, and organizational structures.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Desirable Requirements

  • HRIS systems management and data reporting (SAP Success Factors experience is a plus but not mandatory).
