- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees, facilitate training sessions, and promote a high performance culture
- Manage end to end HR operations and employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Support recruitment processes by ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs
- Maintain and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs
- Support execution of performance review cycles, calibration processes, and development initiatives
- Coordinate training programs by identifying employee development needs and ensuring timely delivery
- Support budgeting cycles and monthly forecasting processes by providing accurate data and insights
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR data, systems, and organizational structures
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to ESG commitments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HRIS systems management and data reporting (SAP Success Factors experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Performance management cycles experience

Job Description
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are effectively reflected in HR initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees, while effectively communicating HR concepts and tools, facilitating training sessions, and promoting a high performance, employee oriented culture.
- Efficiently manage end to end HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support in recruitment processes by ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs and enabling a timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Maintain and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs that ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Support the effective execution of performance review cycles, including calibration processes and development initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs by identifying employee development needs in partnership with business units.
- Support budgeting cycles and monthly forecasting processes by providing accurate data, insights, and coordination.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and continuous optimization of HR data, systems, and organizational structures.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan.
Academic Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
