Responsibilities
- Manage $50MM in spend across co packing categories, distribution partnerships, and new categories in the GCC
- Support defining short, middle, and long term commercial strategy for operations across the region and globally
- Work with key stakeholders and suppliers to develop and implement category strategies
- Drive effective and data driven supplier negotiations based on benchmarking data and market trends
- Independently identify areas of opportunity for new business, process improvement, and cost efficiencies
- Develop and handle annual budgets and monthly forecasts for cash flow, purchase price variance, and other financial metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, or supply chain management in food industry
- Experience negotiating complex service agreements and sourcing for multiple indirect categories
- Experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ development, evaluation, negotiations, execution, and contract management
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems (SAP, ARIBA, COUPA)
- Fluent in English
- MCIPS or equivalent preferred

About the Role
- BRF is one of the world's largest food companies, seeking a Procurement Sr. Analyst for Jeddah.

What you will be doing
- Effectively manage $50MM in spend across co packing categories, distribution partnerships, and new categories.
- Support defining short, middle and long term commercial strategy for operations across the region and globally.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to develop and implement category strategies.
- Drive effective and data driven supplier negotiations based on internal, external benchmarking data, market trends, and supplier price models.
- Independently and proactively identifies areas of opportunity for new business opportunities, process improvement, and cost efficiencies.
- Develop and handle annual budgets and monthly forecasts for cash flow, purchase price variance, and other financial metrics.
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
- MCIPS or equivalent preferred.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is preferable but not a must).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, and/or supply chain management in food industry.
- Experience negotiating complex service agreements and sourcing for multiple indirect categories.
- Experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ development, evaluation, negotiations, execution, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems (SAP, ARIBA, COUPA).
