About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models to identify commercial anomalies, uncover business opportunities, and improve sales performance
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights on sales, customer behavior, pricing, promotions, demand, and portfolio performance
- Build predictive models, automated alerts, and simulation tools to support forecasting, pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and commercial decision making
- Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to enhance KPI frameworks, reporting, and AI driven business capabilities
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency while translating technical findings into executive ready dashboards and business recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Strong hands on experience with Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience building predictive models, anomaly detection solutions, forecasting models, and deploying ML solutions into production environments
- Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate to Jeddah
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is considered an advantage
