Production Supervisor

Summary: The Production Supervisor leads and manages a designated team in the manufacturing of Stellar products, optimizing resources to maximize production while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The Supervisor is accountable to both management and team members, building trust by understanding employee needs, driving operational excellence, maintaining process and product consistency, achieving production targets, supporting customer satisfaction, and promoting a safe, positive workplace culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Independently supervises staff in daily operations, effectively coach, guide and manage employee issues and concerns.
• Champion a People First culture by fostering an environment built on trust, respect, accountability, inclusion, and open communication.
• Support and model company values by demonstrating integrity, empathy, accountability, and servant leadership in all interactions.
• Coaches and counsel’s employees on a timely basis regarding behavior, skills and attitude to form and maintain a high-performance team.
• Uses tact and good judgment when correcting production errors or settling disputes.

Leading assigned function:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, performance assessment, making salary recommendations and delivering employee counseling for assigned employees.
