About the Role
Digital HR Consultancy is hiring a Production Planning professional for the Printing Division in Jeddah. The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating printing production activities.

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, priorities, and available production capacity
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for Prepress, Plate Making, Flexographic Printing, and Finishing operations
- Allocate jobs efficiently across machines and production resources to maximize productivity and machine utilization
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent orders, operational changes, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management teams to align production plans with customer expectations and deadlines
- Track job progress throughout the production cycle and proactively follow up on delayed or at risk orders
- Monitor machine capacities, manpower availability, and workload distribution to optimize resource utilization
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve throughput
- Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials
- Maintain accurate production planning records, schedules, and operational reports
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Operations Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or Operations Coordination
- Experience within the Printing, Packaging, Label Manufacturing, Flexographic Printing, or Commercial Printing industry highly preferred
- Exposure to Prepress operations, Flexographic Printing processes, and print production workflows is an advantage
- Experience working with ERP or production planning systems

Job Summary
- To ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of all printing production activities across the Prepress and Flexographic Printing departments. The role is responsible for optimizing production capacity, maintaining delivery commitments, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth workflow
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, priorities, and available production capacity.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for Prepress, Plate Making, Flexographic Printing, and Finishing operations.
- Allocate jobs efficiently across machines and production resources to maximize productivity and machine utilization.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent orders, operational changes, and customer requirements.
- Ensure all production orders are released according to approved schedules and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management teams to align production plans with customer expectations and deadlines.
- Review job specifications, artwork status, and production requirements before scheduling jobs for production.
- Track job progress throughout the production cycle and proactively follow up on delayed or at risk orders.
- Coordinate closely with Prepress, Printing, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and uninterrupted production.
- Monitor machine capacities, manpower availability, and workload distribution to optimize resource utilization.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve throughput.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of substrates, inks, plates, cylinders, and other production materials.
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or Operations Coordination.
- Experience within the Printing, Packaging, Label Manufacturing, Flexographic Printing, or Commercial Printing industry is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Prepress operations, Flexographic Printing processes, and print production workflows is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP or production planning systems.
Compensation
- Pay: SAR 3,000.00 SAR 5,000.00 per month
