Responsibilities
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, capacity availability, and business priorities
- Prepare and monitor production schedules, work orders, and manufacturing plans to ensure timely completion of customer requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production execution
- Review production capacity, machine availability, manpower requirements, and material availability to optimize production planning
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules and take corrective actions to minimize delays and production losses
- Analyze work orders, production requirements, and machine loading to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure proper sequencing of production jobs based on machine capability, material availability, and delivery priorities
- Monitor production output, rejection rates, downtime, and productivity indicators to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Support root cause analysis for production issues, quality deviations, and process inefficiencies
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of production orders, inventory consumption, and production reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for availability of raw materials, finished goods, and production requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Production Supervision, or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong experience in plastic manufacturing and packaging industry
- Hands on experience with plastic production processes such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, or related packaging manufacturing
- Experience managing production work orders, production schedules, capacity planning, and shop floor coordination
- Experience working with Quality Control teams and understanding product specifications, inspection processes, and quality standards
- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and work order management
- Ability to analyze production reports, efficiency metrics, and quality data
- Good knowledge of manufacturing documentation and reporting practices

Job Summary
- The Production Planning Supervisor – Plastic Division is responsible for managing production planning, scheduling, and execution activities to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and production capacity.
- The role requires strong experience in plastic manufacturing and packaging industries with a deep understanding of production processes, quality requirements, work order management, and coordination between Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in plastic production operations, production planning, and quality control processes, with the ability to optimize workflows, ensure timely order completion, and maintain production standards in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Relevant technical qualification in Plastics Manufacturing will be an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Production Supervision, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong experience in plastic manufacturing and packaging industry is mandatory.
- Hands on experience with plastic production processes such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, or related packaging manufacturing processes will be preferred.
- Experience managing production work orders, production schedules, capacity planning, and shop floor coordination.
- Previous experience working with Quality Control teams and understanding product specifications, inspection processes, and quality standards.
- Experience in FMCG packaging, plastic containers, flexible packaging, rigid packaging, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes.
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows, production capacity planning, and resource optimization.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and work order management.
- Ability to analyze production reports, efficiency metrics, and quality data.
Pay
- SAR 3,000.00 SAR 5,000.00 per month
